Poliklinik CArrE co-organizes and sponsors the Piala Bharathiyar football league among Tamil primary schools across Johor, together with Kelab Bola Sepak Masai (Masai FC), in collaboration with Jabatan Pendidikan Negeri Johor and the Johor Bahru Football Association — supporting youth sports and community wellbeing beyond the clinic.
